Membership and Payments

Manage your surf life saving account and book and pay for items online using the Surf Life Saving Portal.

All new and existing members can start at the member logon screen, accessed from the Surf Life Saving Australia home page: sls.com.au, and select Members in the menu:

From the log-in screen below: New members should select Join; Existing members with an account should Sign In; and Existing members without an account should select Create

Then follow these links for each member type:

• Never been a member at Lorne or elsewhere start with New Members
• A member at Lorne but don’t have an online account choose Existing Members
• Do have an account and need to renew for the season choose Renewing Members
• Finally don’t forget Make a Payment

Please Note: If you are joining more than one family member you can set up a family group to  make annual renewal easier.  Refer to the SLS Portal User Guide for details.

New Members

Complete this section if you are a new Lorne member.

1. From the Log-on screen above or sls.com.au/join, select Join

    

2. Select Life Saving Victoria and Lorne and complete the remaining details on the subsequent screens: 

   a 

3. Complete the remaining details as requested, and refer to the instructions and examples in the SLS “How to Join” User Guide if you need help
4. Make your payment(s) – see further below

Existing Members

Complete this section if you are an existing member setting up your online account for the first time

1. From the Log-on screen further above or sls.com.au/join, select Create an account

    

2. Enter your details Lorne and complete set up on the subsequent screens, referring to the SLS Portal Guide on creating accounts if you need help:

Renewing Members

Complete this section if you already have an account and are Renewing your membership

1. Sign in on the Log-on screen further above and select Memberships 

   

2. Verify and update your details, referring to the SLS User Portal Guide if you need help
3. Make your payment(s) – see directly below

Making a payment

How to make a payment for membership or anything else.

1. Log-in as per further above via sls.com.au Members menu item 
2. Select Online Payments

   
   

3. Select the type of payment and enter a description and your credit card details to complete your payment(s).
