You have checked the list and you thought you were due a medal but your name is not on the list. What to do?

Mistakes do happen and we are at pains to correct them. One thing our systems and people get tripped up by is if you have had several names, perhaps you got married, or had a name like Elizabeth where some years you were Liz and Some Lizzy and so on. This can fool us into thinking you were two different people.

Please email shark_bait@lornesurfclub.com.au and let us know. The more details you can provide the better, ie names you entered with, years you swam, suburbs you lived in etc. We will them find and fix your result so you can collect a medal on the day.
