You will be allocated a wave based on your age, gender and estimated swim time, unless you have entered one of the Same Time Swim waves
A new Non-Binary category will be scheduled with one of the existing wave starts closer to race day and advised to entrants in the usual pre race email
All waves will have 5 minutes to get out to the water start line from the entry ramp, and 6 minutes for the Legends and Heroes waves
The Super Fish will again be the last waves of the day to enable everyone to see the elite athletes swim
The Race Rules list podium eligibility and other important rules (e.g. winners must be in the first wave of an age group)
